SURESH PANDEY - Managing partner

CS Suresh Pandey, Managing Partner SPG & Associates, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in Law. He was the Former Chairman of NIRC (ICSI) for the year 2020 while he also served as the Regional Council Member of NIRC (ICSI) for the term 2019-22. Under his chairmanship the Northern Region was also recognized as the best performing region by the ICSI for his contribution to the profession during the COVID period. After serving as the Youngest Chairman of NIRC (ICSI) for the year 2020, he is now seated as the Youngest Council Member of the respected ICSI for the term 2023 to 2026.

CS Suresh Pandey has an experience of more than Fourteen Years in regulatory compliances, advisory and consultancy services including Secretarial Audits, Corporate Law Consultancy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Capital Markets, Foreign Investment and Joint Ventures, Private Equity and other fund raising transactions, Intellectual Property Rights, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Liasoning and regularly appearing with, various Government, Quasi-judicial Authorities and other regulators, handling Enquiry, Inspection and Investigation matters under Companies Act, GST Intelligence and Anti-evasion matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Contract Drafting and Management, Corporate litigation and Arbitration.

He is also associated with many social and cultural organizations and is a regular speaker on forums of various professional bodies and institutions and actively participates in discussions, meetings and forums on emerging issues related to the profession.

He is also a frequent speaker at several conferences and seminars organized by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and other organizations.

ATUL RAWAT

CS Atul Kumar Rawat is a qualified Company Secretary with over 13 years of experience in Company Law / Secretarial Practice and Legal Affairs. He is Former Chairman of Lucknow Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He holds a Decades of Academic experience and currently visiting faculty to ICSI, ICAI, ICWAI, and another various universities of across India.

He is proficient in performing legal functions and managing a vast array of legal drafting / vetting various legal documents and resolving critical legal / litigation issues and at liaising with statutory bodies, Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, RBI, MCA, Home Affairs etc.

Abdul Quadir

CS Abdul Quadir is a practicing company secretary having experience of 5 years in the area of secretarial and other corporate related matters like FEMA , FIRMS (Foreign Investment Reporting and Management System) portal , Research on various critical legal issues and thereafter provided legal opinions ETC.

He also appears before various statutory bodies like RBI /NCLT/RD/ Other Legal Matters. Currently he is working as Practicing Company Secretary at Abdul Q and Company .

Shubhankar singh

Shubhankar Singh is a Practicing Advocate since 2012. He serves an expertise in corporate laws and deals in the area of secretarial and other corporate related matters.

He also appears as a Legal Representative before various Authorities like National Company Law Tribunal , Reserve Bank Of India, Debt Recovery Tribunals ETC.

Shiv Mahajan

CA Shiv Mahajan is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of more than 12 years.

He is providing services to several multinational clients. His areas of work include Internal Audits, Risk Assessment, Process Control Reviews, for clients and providing other assurance and business advisory services to industry segments such as Banks, NGO, PSU, and IT & ITES sector. He has also been associated with project financing, management accounting and consulting work for numerous multinationals.

CMA Neeraj Upreti has more than 7 year' s of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation, Reviewing Internal Control, System, Cost Audit, Maintenance of Cost Records, Valuation Certifications, implementation of Cost Accounting Systems,Fixed Assets Verification, Cost Data Analysis, Other regulatory and advisory services.

He has Awarded by the CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE as a team leader in the NATIONAL COST CONVENTION held by The INSTITUTE OF COST ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA. He is a regular Faculty member of NIRC of ICAI-CMA on various topics.
