RELAXATION ON LEVY OF ADDITIONAL FEES IN FILING OF CERTAIN FORMA UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 AND LLP ACT 2008-EXTENSION OF TIME VIDE GENERAL CIRCULAR NO. 11/2021 DATED 30th JUNE 2021 In furtherance with the General Circular Number 06/2021 dated 3rd May 2021, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 31st August, 2021 to companies/ LLPs to file forms under Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008 (other than CHG-1, CHG-4 and CHG-9) which were due for filing during 1st April, 2021 to 31st July, 2021 without any additional fees.
RELAXATION OF TIME FOR FILING OF FORMS RELATED TO CREATION OR MODIFICATION OF CHARGES UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT 2013 VIDE GENERAL CIRCULAR NUMBER 12/2021 DATED 30th JUNE 2021 In furtherance with the General Circular 07/2021 dated 3rd May 2021, the time period not reckoned for the purpose of counting of number of days under section 77 or section 78 of the Act has been extended till 31st July 2021 [earlier 1st April 2021 to 31st May 2021] i.e. number of days shall be counted from 1st August 2021.
